Dalian International Conference Center is located at the south end of Renmin Road, Donggang District, it is the landmark of Dalian and the starting point of the development of Dalian New Area. Dalian International Conference Center is 50 meters high, covers an area of 4.3 hectares, and has a total construction area of 146800 square meters. The building has five floors, including the underground floor for garage and logistics service space. The first floor is the auditorium, and the second floor is the multimedia workshop, computer room and comprehensive service area. The third floor of the building is a multi-function hall that can accommodate 1800 people and 6 large and medium-sized meeting rooms. On the fourth floor, there are 26 small meeting rooms, 2 multi-function VIP rooms and 2 multimedia meeting rooms. In addition, there is a grand theater that can accommodate 1650 people in the central area from the second floor to the fourth floor. Under the huge shell roof, there are many complex functional bodies. The whole building looks like a miniature city. People walk freely along the streets, alleys and houses on the square. The building adopts a double-layer curtain wall system, and the roof adopts Hunter Douglas honeycomb panel combined with the vertical roof locking system; The decorative outer layer of the curtain wall is a combination of perforated metal plates and louvers, while the inner layer is a feature of the glass curtain wall.

Dalian International Conference Center is located in Dalian Donggang Business District and CBD core area. With convenient transportation and complete supporting services, it has more than 10 five-star and super five-star hotels in the planned area. It is the main venue of the Summer Davos Forum in China and one of the top ten theaters in China.
