● Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

● Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

● Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

● Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.

● Deadline for Hotel cancellation: August 15, 2019. After deadline, the reservation cancelled will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
