On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to join the 4th International Congress of Environment-2023 (ICE-2023), which is to be held in Sapporo, Japan throughout November 15-17, 2023.

The main goal of ICE is to bring together researchers, scientists and experts in universities, companies, institutions, communities, agencies, associations and societies to provide them a unique platform for sharing worldwide ideas as well as the recent developments on environmental science and technology. ICE covers a wide range of topics related to environment protection, frontiers of environment technology and science. The program highlights some recent breakthrough stories and successes in this particular field. Over the conference period, you will have opportunities to share information and the best practices from current research to commercial implementation of new technologies. At the same time, we would explore further communication and collaboration through social activities during the conference.

The three-day conference comprises 15+ professional sessions. There will also be an exhibition running simultaneously with the conference, which will provide an ideal platform to showcase your new technologies and products in Japan.
