● Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event 80% of the registration fees will be refunded.
● Registrations cancelled with less than 90 but more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
● Registrations cancelled with less than 60 days before the event, the speaker will not be eligible for a refund.
● Deadline for Hotel cancellation: August 15, 2020

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.
Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
