All persons attending the Conference must register online individually;
Please complete all fields of the form as requested;
Registration fees should be paid for any accompanying person wishing to attend the conference;

2. Payment by Telegraphic Transfer 
After the registration you will receive an email containing a confirmation letter and receipt of your payment. If you did not receive such an email within 48 hours please contact: catherine@iddst.com . 

★ Hotel reservation for registered participants
If you book a double room, please indicate whether you prefer twin beds or a double bed. Also, please leave the name of the accompanying person as a comment. If you have any other special requests please indicate those as well.
