If this event will not be held on time due to force majeure, we will postpone it to next year. The package or registration fee you paid can be transferred to next event directly. If there is any question, please feel free to contact coordinator.

If you cannot attend the conference for some specific reasons, we advise that you can find someone who gets familiar with this paper to instead of you to attend or transfer the registration fee for your next time participation.

If you need to get the refund, please send the requests for cancellations to Ms. Stella by stella@bitcongress.com. Kindly be informed the deadline below:

	Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
	Registration cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund
	Deadline for Hotel cancellation: May 15, 2021. After deadline, the cancelled will not be eligible for a refund

Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time.
Refund applicants will afford the service charge for the cancellation caused by their own reasons.
