Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 am, June 14, 2019. World-renowned experts, professors, laboratory principals, project leaders and representatives of well-known enterprises will deliver a speech at the opening ceremony. 

Welcome Banquet
Welcome Banquet is the most symbolic social event of this year's congress. It is our expectation that all the friends present here get to know more about Japan including the aspects of economic, science and technology, education, culture and so on. Thus the dishes with ethnic and traditional characteristics are prepared. And the show with typical traditional culture is presented. The attendees from all over the world could exchange ideas, share experiences with each other, and propose valuable advice to look forward to the future in such a relax, friendly and harmonious environment.
