The Annual World Congress of Food and Nutrition (WCFN), initiated from 2010, has been successfully organized 9 times in the previous years and has attracted more than 2,100 participants from over 55 countries and regions. This year’s meeting will continue to play an important role by providing a platform for professionals around the world to exchange state-of-the-art research and development and identify research needs and opportunities in the field of Food and Nutrition. Introduction to Osaka

Osaka is Japan's second largest metropolitan area after Tokyo. It has been the economic powerhouse of the Kansai Region for many centuries.
