Dr. Henry C. Lee, the famous Chinese detective, visited to Dalian to discuss the development of judicature and technology with domestic & foreign experts. Liaoning international science and Technology Conference and the Dalian Police Technology Equipment Exhibition were successfully held.

In the morning of October 27th, Liaoning international science and Technology Conference and the Dalian Police Technology Equipment Exhibition were successfully held in Dalian international conference center. The Vice mayor of Dalian municipal government and Municipal Public Security Bureau presented in the opening ceremony. Li Wenxi, China Police Association Vice President and Chairman of the Liaoning Provincial Police Association; Song Qianguo, Deputy Secretary of Dalian Municipal Public Security Bureau; Dr. Henry C. Lee, the famous Chinese detective and Dr. Xiaodan Mei, the president of BIT Group Global Ltddelivered welcoming remarks.The conference was hosted by Mr. DankeWang, Chinese Police Association, executive director of Liaoning Provincial Police Association and President of Dalian Police Association. Mr. Cui Tie from Dalian Council for Promotion of International Trade as well as leaders from Shanxi Police Association, Guangxi Police Association, Jiangsu Police Association, Jilin Police Association, Heilongjiang Police Association, GuizhouPolice Association, Jiangxi Police Association, and HainanPolice Association also attended the opening ceremony.
The conference wassponsored by Liaoning Police Association, Dalian Police Association and American International High Tech Cooperation Association, supported by Dalian newspaper industry group, and undertaken by General state bureau of foreign experts and foreign talent resources - Dalian talent pool, BIT Group Global Ltd, Dalian International Conference Center and Tianjiao International Maker Space. The theme of the conference was 鈥榰pgrading and development, meet the challenge, build a safe society鈥. The conference鈥檚 duration was from October 27th to October 29th. There were about 12 overseas countries and 14 provinces including 49 Municipal Police Association, Anti-Narcotics Brigade, the Public Security Bureau and the university leaders and experts coming to the conference. The total number of participants is around 600.
